Enjoy your stay in comfortable, recently-restored apartments in an old stone house located adjacent to a 16th century renaissance tower overlooking an ancient wine-growing estate. The house (with garden and a parking space) is situated in a peaceful part of Lumbarda, 300m from, post office, cash point, tourist office, restaurants, fruit and vegetable market and bus connection to Korčula. The nearest sandy beach is two minutes away on foot. There are three apartments in the house, all furnished and air-conditioned. 

A2, A2+1 First floor: two studio apartments (2x25sq.m) each comprising one room with a double bed and sofa bed, kitchen unit, and separate bathroom with toilet. Air-conditioned, private parking, use of garden terrace and grill.

A4+2 Ground floor: one apartment for 4-6 persos (50sq.m) with two bedrooms (one double, one twin), bathroom with toilet and open-plan kitchen/living room (with sofa bed) giving onto a secluded terrace with table, chairs, parasol and lounger. Air conditioned, private parking, use of grill.
